I am a language teacher. I have been teaching languages for 18 years. I only used excel or Gsheets to calculate grades nothing else. No technical background at all.

I invested about $1000 if you count the legal creation of the agency.
I had a client in Spain who wanted me to make an app for his company but required me to have a legal company. At this point I had made a bunch of free apps and some other apps were about $200 each. So, when this opportunity presented itself I decided to go full on creating the agency. I bought the domain, I got into Brizy and made the website which has evolved in the last few month. Created the legal paperwork, launched it and got that client. All this happened in about a week.
We use social media a lot. We just got on Google my business and rely on doing a great job so our existing clients are the one who make the marketing for us.
My biggest challenge has been to put a price to our apps or websites.
